Oak cabinet

This lovely 1940s solid oak cabinet was actually the first piece of furniture I specifically brought for restoration. It took months to complete too!

BEFORE
AFTER

It might not be noticeable in the before photo but all of the joints were loose. My husband and I had to take almost all of it apart (quite a feat for newbies like us) and glue and clamp back together. There was a little bit of old borer holes in the back panel unfortunately, however the critters where long gone which is good. We gave the dresser a treatment of borer solution before filling the holes just to be on the safe side though.

Good as gold now!
